Join Sharing A New Song for a galvanizing and inspiring concert just right for these times.

Acknowledging the sorrows and challenges around us, the program includes the poignant Eagles song There’s a Hole in the World Tonight, the powerful choral anthem Prayer of the Children, and Randall Thompson’s Alleluia, which sits right at the intersection of hope and despair. Facing these sorrows, the choir will exude determination, from the gorgeous Shaker tune Bow Down Low to Jason Clayborn’s (It Will Get) Better and our concert’s theme song, Never Give Up. From that determination, the concert moves toward Joy, with the infectious and danceable gospel rendition of Joyful, Joyful, from the film Sister Act 2.

The concert also includes the U.S. premiere of Ipharadisi/By and By, a fusion of a South African folk song with the beloved American hymn, arranged by Swedish composer Anders Nyberg, and the treasured African-American spiritual, Elijah Rock.
